The Challenge
M3 Health operated multiple locations, each with a different on-premise phone system. Managing updates and resolving issues required on-site intervention, making support slow and frustrating. Inconsistent systems and unreliable customer service made daily operations increasingly difficult.
The Solution
After ongoing issues with their previous provider, M3 Health’s IT partner recommended Switch Telecom. We conducted a full review of their telecommunications infrastructure and proposed a unified, cloud-hosted phone system across all locations.
