What we need

We aim to make our customers 100% happy, which is why most of our business comes out of either growing existing accounts, or those accounts referring new customers to us. We want to be our customer’s best friend, and are looking for an Account Manager to keep customers happy and take care of new business they send our way.

Who you are

But you need to love people. You need to really understand sales. You need to be all over your customers, always looking for ways to make them even happier and generate new business. You need to thrive on a challenge. And you need to appreciate how we roll – see the Life At Switch page.

Yes, industry experience helps. Yes, a proven track record in managing B2B accounts helps. Yes, a basic understanding of telco technology helps. But some of the most successful people at our company have had neither one of those, and still made it.

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of a Team of 3, working closely with your Project Manager and Technical Engineer to make sure your customers are as happy as can be. You’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with existing customers and strategic partners (Agents), as well as proactively identifying new business opportunities (leads) with both groups. You’ll be your customer’s best friend, you’ll know their pain points and the solution we provide in detail, and can quickly identify and possibly predict steps necessary to both keep them happy and grow the account when the chance arises.
