We’re grabbing a slice of the $47 billion Australian telco market by offering customised telco solutions to high-end clients with specific expectations. Our projects are complex and no two solutions we create are alike – we need a Project Manager to coordinate that process, and work closely with the Technical Engineers to design the perfect outcome for every problem.

Who you are

We don’t care about your gender, age, height, skin colour, hair colour, eye colour or any other colour. In fact, we don’t even care about your formal education.

But you need to be street smart. You need to be a jack-of-all-trades. You need to learn fast and adapt quickly. You need enough sales blood to understand what your customers need and why – and enough technical understanding to speak the language of your Technical Expert.

Yes, industry experience helps. Yes, having managed complex projects helps. Yes, some understanding of telco technology helps. But some of the most successful people at our company have had neither one of those and still made it.

What you’ll do

Your role is that of the linchpin – you hold this wheel together. You’ll be the switchboard for your Team of 3. You’ll work closely with your Technical Engineers to design the perfect solution to a problem you – or the sales team – have identified with existing and potential customers. Once signed, you’ll see the execution and implementation of the solution through until the end, and stick around as a point of contact for the customer going forward. Whatever your team or your customers need – that’s on you to create.
