As a Non-Exective Director, I enjoy providing guidance, support and accountability to the management team learned through my experience as a CEO.

As a Non-Executive Director I give Switch the benefit of my previous business experience and help them with a different and broader perspective.

My role is to communicate with clients, contractors and carriers to ensure all the project technical aspects are carried out with accuracy, speed and precision.

I look after onboarding new customers as well as assisting existing clients with the delivery of additional services. I’m the ‘man on the inside’ for my clients!

I work closely with our client’s IT administrators and our project managers to implement best possible network and telephony solutions.

I ensure our customers are supported, working with them and the Switch team and providing technical advice to deliver fit for purpose solutions that meet their organisation’s requirements.

I provide IT knowledge, services and support for Switch. I also consult with clients and provide technical advice and solutions to enhance their user experience.

I’m the Business Logistics Coordinator. My job is to support the client facing teams and to make sure we deliver all projects on time, every time and in full.

I like to have my finger on the pulse and stay across all aspects of the finance, banking and payroll. I also take care of contractor and supplier invoicing.

My role is to help deliver new projects while making sure our existing clients are well looked after. I also enjoy getting involved in the technical elements of any project.
