How did you end up working at Switch?

I have been quietly impressed at Switch’s innovation and passion for what they do and quietly hoped one day I could be part of it all. On being invited, the obvious answer was a high pitch yes.

Switch doesn’t just talk about being the best, they are on to it. Switch is on its own level and to think others have to settle for ordinary!

Team Spirit. There is clearly a collective drive that is inextricably linked to their success. Each person is exceptional and has an important role within Switch but they are humble about it.

One thing you’d say to the next new hire at Switch?

You have a rare opportunity to be part of something super abnormal. Get in there and make the most of it!

Cooking and eating Vietnamese or Korean food followed by coffee, wine or bubble tea maybe in that order.
