My role is to help deliver new projects while making sure our existing clients are well looked after. I also enjoy getting involved in the technical elements of any project.

How did you end up working at Switch?

I was a groomsman for a friends wedding and I bumped into Zoe, who already worked at Switch. A few months later, another friend told me about Switch and I was really interested. I got in touch with Zoe again, met the team, took the offer and decided to go for it!

What were your initial observations at Switch?

Feels more like a family than a company. A family that works hard and plays hard too.

What impresses you most about Switch Telecom?

The focus on employees and customers. Most companies focus too much on one stakeholder but at Switch, the aim is win win where all sides are extremely valued.

One thing you’d say to the next new hire at Switch?

Ask questions and learn as much as you can. Also, get ready to have fun!

Your favourite thing to do when you’re not working at Switch?

Reading a good book, playing board games and sport.

One thing you’ve always wanted to do that hasn’t been ticked off your bucket list?

Visit all the seven wonders of the world.

Your favourite movie ever and why?

‘Hacksaw Ridge’ – I love true stories and this one captured me because it showed a person who stuck to their values despite much opposition.

Your most treasured possession?

My wedding ring.

Your 3 tips for an enjoyable holiday?

Go with people you enjoy spending time, try weird food and take pictures.

If you could be a superhero who would it be and why?

Black Panther – I’m his son.. the next King of Wakanda (for real doe)

Your favourite quote?

You don’t have to know a lot of things for your life to make a lasting difference in the world. But you do have to know the few great things that matter, and then be willing to live for them and die for them.
