Switch Telecom was tasked with the responsibility to strengthen the data network and to provide a seamless voice solution for a premium growing brand. The task was to roll out an entirely managed solution across all stores, head-office and warehouses. Within 2 months Switch Telecom had completed full site audits, rectified 3 problematic sites and opened up 2 new stores. Switch is continuing to liaise with Camilla Staff and their IT Provider to upgrade the remainder of the sites and is currently project managing data and voice delivery for the Head Office .
