The Stroke Foundation is a national charity that partners with the community to prevent, treat and beat stroke. With over 70 staff in Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane, they had reached the limits of the legacy technology in use at their offices.

With a planned move of their entire IT infrastructure to the cloud, Switch Telecom was brought in by the Stroke Foundation’s phone tech to assist with the corresponding upgrade of the entire phone system. Switch implemented a state-of-the-art hosted telephony solution, including 120 extensions, handsets, switches, WiFi access as well as a custom 4G solution for one of the remote sites, giving the Foundation the flexibility and scalability required to continue growing, at a lower cost than the previously used legacy solution.
